One problem is that you wrote that you are available for raids 20-23, our raiding times are 19:00-22:30 (23:00) - so will you be available there?
You are missing a Back enchant, get that fixet and keep in touch.

First of all, the application is horrible. You can't remember your last guild on Daggerspine, stupid answer. Can't really find any dedication in this application, sorry to say.
Gear seems to be fine overall, I guess.
